Retour policy

You have the right to return the purchased products within 14 days of delivery, if you wish to renounce your purchase. If this is the case, you have to inform Toy Estate via email (info@toyestate.com). You will then return the concerned products to Toy Estate. This products must be packed carefully in order to avoid being damaged during transportation. The cost of return is at your expense. The quality and the monitoring of this return are your responsability. After receiving the return, Toy Estate will immediately refund the returned products.
The legal 2-year conformity guarantee for consumer goods applies (art. 1649bis et seq. of the old Civil Code).
