Shipment & Delivery

All toys offered are in stock and are sent on the same day if ordered before 4 p.m. If, by exception, the toy chosen is not in stock, we immediately inform you and discuss with you which solution suits you best: wait for the toy or refund your purchase.

Clicking on the "estimate shipping" button in the shopping basket gives you an estimate of the total cost of shipping by our various shipping partners: standard bpost shipment (Belgian Postal Services), DHL express shipment at an advantageous rate, or pick up at the store in Merelbeke by appointment.
You will be given the opportunity to indicate the chosen shipping method during the checkout.

Delivery times using standard bpost shipping:
Belgium: next day
The Netherlands: next day or 2 days later
Countries bordering Belgium (DE-LU): 2 to 3 days (FR): 2 to 5 days

Other countries are deliverd by DHL express delivery.
